Not so much an evil agenda and malice, but it's a grating character that acts possessive and entitled, thinks with his dick and feels like the world owes him everything he wants while disregarding the feeling of everyone him, which in a vacuum would make for a potentially complex and interesting character, but the story keeps framing him as the one in the right, and other characters pushing back on him as assholes. So it's frustrating to read, and makes you groan every time the story switches from another plot back to "Whyny mcLilbitch wants something nooooooow"

I don't understand why this artist chooses this style for all the horses, sheep, goats, bears... when if you look at his other comics, the other animals don't necessarily have this... plump human mouth stuck on a snout.

Actually you are both wrong. Zourik based each Samurotts fighting style in this comic from the dex entry of Dewotts from BW2 to ORAS, he just added a bit of anime flare is all. In the dex entry it states that each Dewott learns a different form of fighting of using it scalchops. All Zourik did was give each Samurott a different fighting style they settled on when they were Dewotts before evolving to Samurott. It's why Coah Samurotts uses spears of scalchops
while the brothers sticked to their sword scalchops. He just wanted all 3 of them to be a bit different for anime flare based on Dewotts dex entry.
