Eh, if anything it's more likely that the dad/son will have a reconciliation *because* of that. I think it's more likely that the son catches the horse/dad together and they come out to each other which makes the son realize he and his dad aren't so different.

To be honest it's not worth supporting. The last page posted here (inking wip) was page 49 and that dropped on his Patreon june 2025. He is only on page 54 of this comic for may 2026. If he did a page per month for his Patreon. He should had reach page 54 by end of November 2025. Yet we are in May 2026 at only page 54 when it should be more then that if he did the 1 month per page like he's supposed to. The guy only has himself to blame.
