In this situation, every block per line has a 1 in 3 chance of being that row's bomb, for the first column it's 1 in 2 and for the last two columns it's 1 in 4. No matter what tile you pick, it's all chance. This isn't a rare situation either, this is the first puzzle I got when I opened the game up again
