What ever happened to the original Imageboard4Free software? I'm interested in it since IB4F has been down for a while, and I used to run an imageboard on there. To my knowledge, this site is the only one that runs on software derived from it. I'm not sure if the site owners are open to the idea but I'd really like a copy of the original software.

Sorry if this is the wrong place for this kind of post.

For those who aren't aware, there's kickass Android app for imageboard browsing/posting/watching/etc. called DashChan, and it seems that U18Chan support was added a few months ago.
If you like, you could give it a try:

So....what's with all the hullabaloo with Windows 10? I know people groan and complain that Win10 is spyware and they do not like the fact that updates are automatically applied during certain hours where it might be inconvenience to the user.

Fortunately there are registry keys you can add to so Windows will prompt you when there are updates instead of installing and rebooting whenever the fuck it feels like it.

Its the most suspicious operating system i have ever used, i installed it only to test it and holy crap the amount of data collection and privacy breach you notice right away just makes you think what are you getting yourself in to. After you finish installing it there is even more that spies on you, the apps, locations, what you type and what you search, system usage statistics, which websites you are visiting so they could use ads based on your searches, writing and inking. How is this even legal? Even the hdd is in constant near 100% use. Not to mention that the os itself is slow, buggy and ugly as [email protected]!. Honestly if microsoft wasn't forcing windows 10 on users it would most likely not exist on any computers at all.

Greetings.
My name is Dr.Harp, but most of the people calls me WareZ.
A year ago, me and my team started to design a new Operation System dedicated to preventing cyber attacks, and other stuff like DDoS, Brute Force attacks, Et Cetera ...
Sadly, my medical condition does not allow me to finish what I have started.
Due to my terminal brain cancer, I had to stop developing it.

But, I don't want my project to be forgotten. So if anyone have the right technical skills, money, and team for it

The screenshot looks like OS X, you can't stop "cyber attacks" (especially DDoS) by changing your OS, and the OP is long gone aside from the email address when you click on "DrHarp."

Have 6 months of analytics browser data. Keep in mind if the user is running Adblock, ublock, etc they dont show up here. by my rough estimate comparing the number of users google analytics sees vs the number in the site logs, about 1/4th of users are using an adblocker.

I'm using the default regex library that comes with g++, -std=c++2011 or -std=c++2014

basically, I'm trying to scrape a large amount of text off of a webpage, but the program fails when the size of the match reaches around 13kb.

I think I'm gonna try the boost::regex library...

This one?
At the moment I'm on Windows and can't look into it, but until then, you should definitely send a bug report to the relevant GNU mailing list. Unreported things are unfixed things.
It may also depend on your operating system too: for example, OpenBSD uses GCC but doesn't use GNU's regex. So doublecheck which exact regex you're using, and bug report.
Good luck!
grep(1) probably doesn't fail at 13 kb, so perhaps test a grep that works in the situation you'd like it to with an equivalent large text file, examine the source code of the grep program, and see how a working grep handles that much text.

I found an existing bug report for the same problem someone else had posted back in 2015, and the answer was basically 'DON'T USE <regex>, IT'S BROKEN!'

So, I went with boost-regex, and haven't looked back since.

I see. I'm glad boost works for you, if GNU (as often) can't fix problems. They didn't fix the problem I reported to them about GNU Scheme either.

I found the thread watcher, might as well post it. I don't have the source code, but this is the version that can rip u18chan threads as well. Enjoy.
Tested it, still works. I don't know if Leonfox will change the page or not in structure in the future, but I really hope not.
