There is no colored version. I don't even remember where or when I downloaded the 2020 remaster folder but there never was a colored version. They specifically say "Color Artwork" which pertains to this sort of thing, just concept art that has been colored with the intended colors for the characters. The actual video in the updated file is still black and white.
