Creator added another sex scene, there's not much else (you can see the CG on Twitter anyway, and there is barely any text). Like most creators, he hides additional content behind his patreon. There is a bonus sex scene between Hakan and Snow (that you can however see on Tavern of Spear's Twitter) that is only accessible to patreons. Similar as games like Extracurricular activities or after class the creator only uploads very small updates with barely any new content, to keep the patreons as long as possible. It's a shame how shitty those updates are.

Yep, pretty much. Caro explicitly said it will be a huge update with 3 new CGs and many new sprites. Yes, you can actually save both tribes.

Get the bloody cloth and go to the painting room (located in the bull village). Interact with the dragon inside of the painting enough times to learn about the location of the true culprit behind the kidnappings. Go there, beat the culprit (or lose for a sex scene), and the villages are saved.

It bears mentioning that you presumably always get the bloody cloth no matter which side you're on. If you sided with the bulls a lot, Nauxus will be more cold and untrusting towards you during the peace meeting.

I think you messed up, because that Thane with 'amnesia' is the shapeshifter if I'm correct. (I guess you went for bull's tribe route)

Well you need to help Thane at least twice. I think it's best to be always neutral - it helps to make the good ending easier to achieve. (also the dialog in part 5 depends on suspicion points, so look out for that, not that it changes the outcome much, or at least yet)
After Thane is injured, go to the village of your choosing, they will give you some quest to do but instead of completing the quest go to tavern. Thane gives you bloody cloth. after that in order to get good ending you need to have skull and soul emblem. Then go to the temple and enter the first painting. After at least three encounters you see dragon drawing thane and allows you to enter it. You need to follow Thane to a new cave(let him go first and then stop him from entering).
After you exit the painting world, go to the new place on map, that's when you encounter the shapeshifter(don't fight but flirt instead).

After you win, Nauxus and Axel will form truce (if Nauxus sus points are three or less, you will get invited to his village, although there is nothing yet), entering bull village, you can talk to thane, after that you can see him in tavern(if you could make him stay) and ask if he wants sex. That should be all.

Enabling the developer console works perfectly fine in 0.22c.
Are you sure the RPY file is located in Tavern_of_Spear-v0.22c-pc\game? The game will compile a RPYC file next too it when everything worked at startup.

The key can be clicked at night.

The second cheat hitbox is the little monolith at the north east corner of the mountain map.

Finding the code is easy as you just need to look into the RPY script. Finding the actual hitbox for the cheat is more difficult for me.

Download the script containing simple developer console variables:

Place the file inside the 'game' folder (where the archive.rpa is located). Start the game and you should be able to open the console with shift+o.

Extremely useful with any Renpy game. You can enter script expressions like 'jump' (to any label/chapter), get items, stats etc. Anything which is written and defined in the python scripts. Scripts are RPY files.
Your can use the tool RPA Extract (look at itch) to extract the archive.rpa to see any assets and scripts for the actual python expressions. several posts above I showed some expressions for stats etc.
