This thing may be either inexperienced guys with plans far beyond their current skills or outright Patreon money scam. It's too early to tell.
In order to create a good game, developers need: -Strong determination, it takes an year (without prior experience) of free time effort to create first worthy demo. -Artistic talent to create something hot, technical talent to learn the skills to make it work. -Good idea to create something unique. (Not just WildLife furries on Ruffleneck's medieval island). Feraliss guys haven't shown any of these yet. Demo is a newbie 3 weeks learning project garbage. The only thing they have done so far is apparent Wild Life Kira/Zuri 3D model cheap clone.
However, they are shamelessly asking $10 for that garbage demo not worth even $1 and they are paywalling even their feedback channel (Disc0rd). I haven't seen established furry game developers go that far. This should raise caution flag for everyone, these guys are obviously really money hungry. There is a good chance that they just want to get $4K a month without much effort as some other lazy devs do, thanks to furries desperate funding everything. $4K is 3x average gross income in Feraliss dev's country, really good money for a team of four, specially when it does not take full time job effort. So this may be a perfect scam project.
I would like to ask you to NOT fund this project. Let them show worthy demo first. If they are in just for money, they will give up. If they are not talented, they will fail. If they will show good qualities, they will earn fair money eventually. ...or do you think that furries haven't lost enough money to scam and unfulfilled promises yet?
