I've been experiencing some debilitating brain-fog in the past nine or so months. It's made it super hard for me to make quality content. Feels like I can't completely concentrate, and it's only been getting worse? Been falling into a lot of depressive episodes, but I'm trying to snap out of it.
Anyways, I wasn't happy with it at all tbh but all my friends kept egging me on. Specifically the intro, and the lack of interesting transitions, or real animation. They seemed to like it, didn't get much real feedback on it outside of the patreon and close friend groups.
If it means anything the audio version is better, which I will post publicly around the 1st/2nd o dec.

It's scary to me how much I feel I've fallen behind with all my art stuff, I keep doubting myself and reading post like these on various subs/chans/etc and I fall even further down. It sucks, it's this rabbit hole that I can't really get away from.
Anyways this has gotten me anxious again, I should probably not come here anymore for my mental health but I am glad I still have fans in these small corners of the internet.

I still really like it myself personally, not as much as the riolu/lucario one but we can't expect everything we create to be masterpieces.

And yeah, I wouldn't come here for your mental health, please treat yourself good dude, and keep making the things you truly want to make since that'll lead to the real good content, even if some others might not like it.

I remember just stumbling on your flipnote stuff when rule 34 only had like...70 pages of gifs and I was hooked since I believe in you and if you need to collect yourself and just take a break for any amount of time go for it just don't feel pressured to do art b/c you want to please people do it to please yourself and that should please your fans...or at the very least me

Man, you really shouldn't have to feel bad about anything! You're a great artist, and you've only really gotten better since you started, that's a given. Perhaps u18 isn't the best place to go if you're looking to avoid excessively harsh opinions on your work, but at least you can be certain that we want to see more of your work, based solely on the fact that there exists a demand!
Either way, I really like your stuff, and so I really hope you start feeling better soon :)

I though the RioluxLuca one was absolutely top notch even before sound was added, this one felt more like it was a beta preview of an unfinished animation, but I'm not an animator myself so I'm probably just being presumptuous. But hey, do yourself a solid and maybe take time off, blow out that steam and maybe let your friends know to be less "yes manish" ^^

Okay same this is the same dood from before and I watched the thing and I can see where you're coming from with your deficiency with the intro I don't think its fair to yourself or anyone else to kick yourself over
Do some smaller works 30 secs to a min at most to tell a story but only focusing on a start middle and end for yourself though you don't even have to post them just use them or the experience to find yourself
