What VR platform you are using?
It is possible that the controller button assignment does not same as specified.

"Compatibility:
The game runs through SteamVR system so any compatilbe headset will work.
The game has been tested on Valve Index, HTC Vive, Oculus Rift/S, Oculus Quest 1/2 via Link.
Somewhat decent PC is recommended for the smooth experience."

even if its not all done in one go some kind of non background sound needs to be priority number 1. as good as it looks not having that sound holds back everything else and dampens the whole experience, i mean its primarily a VR game, so the point is immersion, and the lack of sound is very noticeable and very quickly breaks immersion.

its the lowest hanging fruit while also having the largest boost to game quality that the dev can do at this point in time in my opinion.

So I got the crack for this version of the game working. Super disappointed, glad I haven't subscribed yet. I messed around with his model in game. It's exactly how you think it looks. I'll list some things about this version.

the other 3 characters have big eyes, but his are like, bug-eye huge and kinda creepy when they look at you

his facial features don't translate well since he's looking RIGHT at you during scenes (google: phineas looks at camera)

not very expressive compared to the other characters

the rest of the characters have pretty flat textures, which work well in VR since it lets dynamic lighting take over, but jason's textures are super heavily airbrushed looking with a lot of baked on shading and lighting, genuinely an eyesore.

The clothing on the other characters look cute since they're kinda sissy and femme, on him, they just look off

(this has been a general thing with the game, not this version) partner orgasm is on an interaction timer rather than say, a stimulation bar or something
i like heat's more where there's a build up that you can back down from to simulate edging

overall, extremely skippable for him alone. him being in it doesn't ruin it tho since you can like, just not select him. outside of that, there's really nothing new, feature wise. there's a toy holder, which turns your arm into said toy, like heat has had for a while. As well, there's like, maybe 2 new poses, but they're so close to poses that were already there that i barely cared.
Honestly, this was looking promising, but the new map looking horrible, the lack of sound, rigid animations (though expressive i'll give them that), and questionable character aesthetics (in multiple ways), but heat really surpasses this imo. the progress has been impressively quick, but other than adding some poses, the later versions have felt kinda lackluster in terms of adding anything

In the f95zone thread (link below) someone explains how to access the current 2.0.5 version, however it's a bit of an... involved process with a program called Fiddler Everywhere. If you don't have the patience to follow a few steps, install a program, make and account, etc then you may want to wait for a more focused crack. I have tested it though and it does work. Worth noting that after doing the steps given, you may need to restart IntiMate for it to take proper effect.

in laymans terms, the game is obfuscated, meaning that modifying the main game files essentially require decryption of the code.
