EDIT: Almost forgot there are some vore chars. I've downloaded them 'cuz of the sex animations not the vore animations. If you don't want them don't use them. (I'm not into vore, but they had more sex animations and poses than most chars, so yeah I just don't play those or, if I accidentaly play them I restart the match.)

They work; some of them are edits that use the same name so you'll need to add them using more advanced techniques if you want multiple of the same character.

Do you know how to use mugen ? You got to add things in the selection file so that you can use them. There's a tool to do that if you're not willing to open the file with notepad and write up the name one by one. (vselect)

If you already have a working version of MUGEN downloaded and installed, you'll have to do a bit of work to add each character if you don't want to use tools.

First, you have to search for the 'chars' directory in your MUGEN folder. Once you're there, you'll have to unzip each individual character's folder from the anonfiles download, and paste them there (only copy/paste the FOLDERS, not the content INSIDE the folders).
Once you're done adding characters to the 'chars' folder, go to the 'data' folder and open 'select.def' using a serviceable text editor (Notepad++ does the trick).

I've attached a screenshot of what it would look like to add additional characters. Typically, all you have to do is type the following;

(character folder name), stages/kfm.def

Without parentheses. Make sure it's the same name as written in the specific character's folder, which you would have placed in 'chars'. If you want to add custom maps, the procedure is very similar. Just copy the map's folder to the 'stages' folder in the main directory. Then, in select.def, where it says [ExtraStages] (also included in the screenshot) you must add the line 'stages/(stage folder name).def' without quotation marks, one for each stage.

If you add far too many characters, you might run into the problem of there not being enough slots to display them. Just look up 'how to add character slots on MUGEN' to find a tutorial; there's a very good one on YouTube, but I think it's in Japanese. Doesn't matter, since all the values you have to change and add are in english.

Note that this is the 'traditional' way of adding characters, but if you do it right, it should work like a charm. As >>1945426 noted, there are some tools that will do that for you, such as VSelect, which simplifies the entirety of this process.

I have a Mugen install that contains most of what was posted from the last Anon's pack, plus a lot more.

most users only download the chars for use them in training mode and fap mugen nsfw authors doesnt add a combo list because they mostly dont know how the char is in combos they just focused in the nsfw compatibility or sometimes the char just doesnt have combos

if you mean a movelist some of them have a movelist in the notepad or they just dont add them because they are easy to discover and do

To tack on, you can find the commands for any character in their .cmd file. Can be opened with notepad or any other text editor. That'll let you not just see what to press to do certain moves, but adjust them to your liking by editing the movements/button presses.

Just a random request, does anyone have the latest version of Mugen with all or most of the mods compiled in? I am not good with putting each character in, then going in and renaming the files to fit them in. There are builds on f95 with some things installed, however I'd recommend using VSelect as it mostly solves your problem and a MUGEN build with a ton of slots included.

VSelect help adding characters & stages without having to open up a text file.
There are a few issues where it can crash if you mouseover some characters that are broken beyond belief but its highly doubtable the game is going to run with these or show up anyway.
