I think the main reason he isn't here is because, while he is a great animator, he also takes forever to do anything. I think a single animation from him can take the guts of 4 years, sometimes more. Also he has a propensity to never finish them, so it makes him hard to support

Well the main thing he needs is just to stick to something and finish it. He has had some projects hitting the 7 year mark and unfinished, and he just makes some more gargoyles, then stops for like 2 or 3 months and then suddenly a 3 second update to rocko, then 4 months of silence and an update to a random animation. He just needs to decide on one thing and finish it

HammyToy is someone who just kinda frustrates me. Its like people said. He is a great animator, but he takes forever to finish anything and tends to bounce between projects while never finishing any of them. If he ever does finish, it takes years for him to finish one 2 minute video.

Hammytoy's animations are fantastic and a lot of fun to watch...it just takes a century or two for the final releases. Speaking of which, there's been some recent progress on the Stitch project (scene 16, I believe). Not sure about Gargoyles. Any new/complete content would be very much appreciated.
