You can always file a counter-claim with MEGA, and get it put back up. Then it's on the creator (Inkudoragoon) as to whether or not to pursue legal action IRL, which is doubtful because he's on the other side of the world, and because he doesn't have that kind of money for a lawyer. Or you could rehost it to a filehost in Russia, like Yandex Disk.
