Just as a Disclaimer, even if some of my critiques seem harsh, i am not saying the game is "unfinished" or "overpriced" for it. These are just my views from a Gameplay Perspective.

Most of the interactions are just you plopping your palm onto things, the "jerking off" aspect is also this, just literally rubbing your hand on it like you're touching the western wall. There is a point where you unlock a breeding stand that makes them play a breeding animation til they cum.
I was hoping more insertion play, especially since the game does have a butt raise option, but it seems to only be a suggestive position for better cleaning (for now).
Compared to a Game like HeatVR id love there to be more feedback (voicelines/moans/unique scenes) from doing certain things, and put some effort into also allowing minor things that aren't "the main focus" (like butt spanks, hand in mouth, belly rubs, kissing, etc.)
The Dialogue is pretty much linear and the only choice you have is literally choosing your path to "date" one of the 2 dragons, or make them hookup with each other. i went for the blue one.
There's a food eating scene if you go out with him that's very obviously made to satisfy vore fans without being to extreme to shock people that don't like vore. But the Models definitely have a lot of physics that are underutilized, and i doubt they are just static animations.
That said, the blue dragons date path is pretty much him breaking up with his gf cause of relationship issues and then he just fucks you, with first person position during fuck and cuck chair camera angle. the scene basically starts with him already fucking you. and you can ask for him to cum or have the scene keep playing. both angles are limited, the first person being just his upper body, and the behind shot being mostly his balls. You can't easily try out other paths because there is no way to save the game, it autosaves and if you want other paths you have to start from the beginning.
So yeah, can't say much about the other paths, they might still be fun.
Apart from having to "unlock" these things through just playing the game, there's no economy system about the shop, there's no tool upgrades, all the gameplay is cleaning them to fill the "clean" meter, and occasionally chatting via text dialogue. The dragons are either open to fuck or not, if they are they just fuck the stand if you put it down, and you can always jerk them off as often as you like.
Movement is very basic, objects have predetermined areas where you can place them, Moving around the dragons is a bit glitchy, and they can sometimes fling you around or get you stuck, forcing you to make them change position to get out. There is no position you can take to "take part" in any animation that isn't prescripted.
Also, i had some insane FPS issues at times, which is weird cause my PC should be able to handle the game easily. So there's definitely some optimization issues there.

So in short, the game is basically just an interactive animation, and the focus on gameplay seems more like a excuse to make the porn interactive, instead of it being an actual replayable game with porn aspects in it.
if you want actual sex scenes youre much better off just watching a video upload of it, theres little that is gained from it being a game. the most interactive part is the ability to make them raise certain part and handling the dick.
no female dragons, but i think thats mostly because 90% of the game is just playing with big dicks. if they ever end up adding insertion they might add more.
still, the models look great, and some of the facial expressions are nice. there is definitely a lot of potential to use these models for future updates or future games. they definitely seem well made and never felt half-assed (unlike most of the gameplay).
The loading animations are cute, and the general artstyle is charming. Reminds me a little bit of Kobold Kare, if not feeling even more consistent. If this was just made for a 3D animation it would be really good.
