Note by the artis PLEASE READ > In this comic of mine (Which takes place about a year after the movie), judy and nick are only friends. Nick however is at a level of love at this point. Judy is not. She does not know how he feels, nor how she feels herself. So let us see how it all developes.

I wanted so badly to make a comic about these two. So I did. A RATHER sketchy one XD I cannot remember drawing something so fast before (so I apologize if it looks too sketchy xD) I was going to color it, but meh...decided not to. Hope you like it anyway.

So basically..the thing is..Judy overslept after a night out..celebrating Nicks 33rd birthday. Overslept due to overdrinking XD HAH! And something is bothering Nick...alot..but you just have to read the comic to find out *;) This is something ive played around with, but hope you like!

I love this story, and sure you can find a billion-(sarcasm) storys out there about they're love but honestly i love a good visual love story. Not to mention that the art style is clean and beautiful. love when nick looks at judys sister pissed off and she looks at him with those googly eyes lol.

True, but personally I think it was more a look of saddened reminiscence. Y'know, remembering what he had once and being sad that it didn't work out. I don't think he'd ever jeopardize that kind of relationship with another couple though, especially since Judy's involved and obviously happy. He'd never hurt her just because his own relationship didn't work out, and I honestly think he's genuinely happy for her; especially since they're shoving Jill's face in it.

And speaking of shoving Jill's face in it, I think that's the main reason she's doing this. She wants to 'scare' her sister 'straight', and if her sister gets a little roughed up so much the better. It'll just make her realize that predators are 'evil' and she'll 'see the error of her ways'. Completely ignoring the fact that Jill was hanging off Nick's arm like a poorly tailored suit, despite the fact that she thinks predator/prey pairings are disgusting and shit.

All that said, I'm really happy with how this part ended. Mrs. Hopps clearly doesn't blame Nick for what happened to her daughter, despite the fact she was attacked because of her relationship with Nick.

Remember how the artist was about to start school? Well, the first class stream was today and apparently it didn't go very well. That or the artist suddenly came down with a new round of ick (she had been kind of ill the last week of her vacation).
Sooo, all drawings from her have been put on a kind of indefinite hiatus. Not sure even remotely when the next part will be done- maybe never. So hope everyone enjoyed the comic up to this point. I know I did.

Yeah, I feel that Max Midnight has been changed drastically both physically and mentally. I mean he's about as tall as Nick now and his face is odd to look at imo. Not sure if Max is actually sexually interested in Nick or just a method he is using to mask emotional trauma, likely pretending to be weirdo to keep others at arms length.

It started off as Judy and Nick beginning to explore the possibility of an interspecies relationship. It kind of spun off into the general attitude towards Inters, with Max's and Judy's cases being connected. So we'll probably get more investigation into the attacks, and also trying to find or at least answer the questions about what happened with Max's girl.
