Evil Reiko should have become a full character and replaced Reiko, because no one gives a shit about the relationship junk when the entire thing is full of furry Naruto DBZ shit. At least Evil Reiko seemed like she was kinky as fuck and everyone having to deal with her being a character (even if for whatever reason she couldn't fight anymore) would be interesting. Probably not, since Godai is constantly tied up drawing commission-whore Shaze getting stuck in someone's boobs, his own characters in maid outfits welcoming another fur home, or his own characters in nurse outfits telling the same fur to get well soon.

People give Chalo shit for his art getting poor, but at least his style is evolving (for better or for worse). Godai is arguably more prolific than any other Kaybox artist, but it's the same old shit every time; same faces, body type and expressions.

On the Kadath thread, he earned the niickname Chrysler Kadath for the continuing downgrade in quality and inconsistency in his art. Someone started the nickname, and it stuck for a while.

There was also some serious hate for his character Nightshade. Nightshade basically implied to Pat that she'd rip his throat out if he ever cheated on her. Then she cheated on him, called it cucking and got him into it. Then people complained for years that Pat and Nightshade were in an open relationship, and Pat was never seen having sex with anyone else. So Kadath finally drew a couple of pics of Pat with another woman. But it's not much.

Kadath's art was also found to be notoriously easy to edit, as a lot of comedic alterations were posted. The way his art was dumbed down was once compared to Teen Titans Go.

Because babies solve everything, right? No, they don't. Jay was probably just tired of people being angry about Beth's decade long downward spiral, and finally made a change just to stop it. And then to even things out, he brought back Beth's older sister Desdemona, who hadn't been seen since her brief appearance in the Better Days webcomic. She's twice divorced, a heavy smoker, lets younger men fuck her because she just doesn't give a shit anymore, and was used as a "Don't end up like me" example.

So if anyone is wondering what the hell is going on here, or how much time has passed. Someome told me that Godai stated that this is Nate & Kimmy starting their first day of middle school. As for how much time has passed? Well, apprently only a couple years since we last saw the two of them. This “works” because anthros in the Rascals verse… age quickly when they are young? Okay, sure - they are only a handful of years old but are essentially young teens. They also age much slower as they get older too… which just sounds like an excuse as to why all the MILF characters still look to be in their early 30’s. How this works with the canon ages for some characters? I have no idea! Will Godai elaborate any further on this publicly? Probably not!
