im actually interested in these, I've always noticed the extinctioners comics but never had the patience to buy them. Thanks for giving me the opportunity to read them, but quick question for someone who can answer. Did the author of these suddenly stop or lose interest in the series? I'm only seeing like... 9 issues or so, and this was created before the 2000s started right?

The author and series are still very much alive to this day. Yes this series was started before the 2000's. There is also currently 17 issues. you can see some of the authors more current work on FurAffinity, ebonyleopard.

This Piece of Comic isn't even apart of this Issue.
This One came from the "Tales of Extinction" Books part 1 & 2. I don't remember which issue, But I felt gives a lot more Context to Warpath, and wouldn't mind seeing it come up in-story again.

When are new issues coming out? The last time we were supposed to get the latest one was supposedly back in 2008, but I've only ever seen the cover art for it. There's no website for the comic either.

Even though it “borrowed” heavily from othe comics like The X-Men, I still enjoyed reading it. Doesn’t feel like there are that many non-porn furry comics out there.

I wonder what his sales numbers were, that might be one explanation for the slow progress... or if he was hit with any warnings from Marvel for some of the plot points he’s used.

This probably won't make me any friends here, but personally I feel like the series doesn't stand up to rereading and some of the characters are pretty flat. Plus, several of the upcoming plot developments I've heard about make me go, "Um... yikes." I just want to see what ultimately happens with the main plot line and the characters I actually do like.
