While some comics, manga or art show people in close proximity, it doesn't mean they are actually a few feet away from each other. Its just a way to show how focused characters are on each other that it seems that they are really close by.

Of course in any real situation, the people there will be much further away, but that's hard to show and not as visually pleasing to see.

A classic case of a comic going one page too long, cause yeah, that last page, makes on sense, even more so talking about how long they waited to be together only to immediately let someone else fuck the person they were so in desire for. What turned into an almost lusty yet some what romantic star crossed lovers finally coming together story turned into utter ridiculousness in the span of one unneeded page.

Not sure if that was the plan all along or if Demicoeur thought of it more of as an afterthought and to get them more involved (If I remember the timing of the poll correctly it's probably the latter but idk). I would assume they would be patreon folks, because the species are too random not to be (Somebody always has to have a damn dragon in a story involving normal anthro animals).

It would have been better though had they worked the characters into the story earlier. Like they were with friends at a beach party and she lead him away to get frisky with and then they get discovered. That would have made more sense.

Writing not shitty, just one extra unnecessary page that derailed the romance story she was telling in order to placate Patreon donators (like you gotta do. Understandable. Gotta make that money, but still). It's so random and unset up it stands out. To me it's ridiculous on its face. Shoehorning patron characters into a Patreon comic is totally uneccessary because you're getting broad support from a lot of people to put out the best product you can. This is totally different from commission work, where you are getting a large payment from a small number of people.

I support a number of artists on Patreon because I like their art and I like the comics they produce *on their own*. Patreon's payment model is BUILT to support that kind of independent artistic work, not to cater to big spenders with very specific requests.

I do not support artists like Demicoeur and some others who shove commission work into their Patreon work.

You're just here to churn up shit because you don't agree with people who think the ending was poorly written even though you've already shown that you don't care for the story, you just care for the explicit content, and that's fine cause you're allowed to do that, but you're ignoring the context of the reason why people are posting about the ending and just forcing your own views on others as if everyone has to follow the way you personally use the site since you find it so important to "offer a correction" for everyone to use. I don't need a reality check, I already know that in time this comic will in time pass into the void of old news and none of it would matter, but its here and its now and its the topic at hand on this specific thread.
