Birkin I'm confused as to why some artists are allowed to request their stuff removed while over 90 percent of this site is "technically" stolen art/assets?

Is this mod favoritism or is there a policy shift I didn't see?

We aways had that. If a artist asks for a takedown sending a email to us on a certain email address, the admins check if it's really the artist, and if the motive for takedown is a valid one.

If all those requisites are met, then the copyrighted material is taken down.

Copyrighted materials that follow the rules are only taken down if we confirm it's the true author. So if someone else send a email there asking for takedown, we not gonna do anything.

That includes commissioners, trolls and Jasonafex.

no i had not really being paying attention nor did I read the first two volumes because its kittynokawaii aka shiro and all his stuff is meh I was more making it because all his personas before this back when he was still using going as male was this same backstory ie tortured/ raped/ abused etc etc etc.

I only skimmed through this one because I was wondering how the heck he was up to 3 volumes.

Actually when a pokemon is sleeping, it's a lot easier to catch them using any sort of pokeball. That's why Snorlax for example is a real easy catch in red and blue. When it goes to sleep to heal up. You can toss a regular ball at it and catch it easy peasy.

In this case, it just exerted itself and then passed out, rather than be forced to sleep. I'd figure that's just as likely to work similar to beating it near death.

And if it really rustles your jimmies, In recent games i've caught every legendary with a premier ball. You know, the one you get as a free pokeball every time you buy a certain number? The one that's pretty much the worst type possible?

Also it just seems really weird that a somewhat up and coming artist put in a request and it went through and yet a majority of this website is dripping in popufur posts yet not a single one of them has taken the time to file a claim. Seems incredibly odd to me with how dramatic a lot of them are about shared content.

You guys do what you gotta do, I've always enjoyed the staff here and what you guys do to fix the shenanigans of u18, just this is one of those scenarios where it seems really weird.

It pretty much comes down to opinions on the artist. Milk your fans for money/leave commissions unfulfilled for years/be a shitty person, and they'll laugh at takedown request and call you an idiot.
Produce quality content that isn't full of padding, and respect your audience, and they'll let you keep whatever monitization you want. The comic being timegated rather than fully paywalled probably helps too, since there at least USED to be a sort of honor system against releasing even fully paywalled content from 'good' artists 'too soon'.
TLDR: It comes down to whether the admins think the artist deserves to make money or not, outward popularity be damned.
