Why is it that uncoloured comics with barely finished lineart such as this one manage to be a million times hotter than about 99% of any other professionally drawn, fully finished comics?

Because these kind of Comics are mainly backed by the artist's need to express a fantasy, while fully coloured (and thus more expensive and time consuming) comics are usually backed by a bunch of people who pay for their own kinks and don't give a crap if the artist right now has no ideas, they want their kink and they want it now. So they get it, at the expense of good story.
Just think about this: what was the last popular artist's comic you read that didn' t feel like it was interchangeable with a slideshow of random smut?

The more detailed a work of art is, the more details there are to criticize. The more an artist tries to make something look "realistic," the more you notice how it isn't. And when it's really, really well-done, you're admiring the pretty colors and quality work to the point that it kind of distracts from the sex.

Really simple, basic art like this gives you a lot of space to "fill in the blanks" with your imagination. You kind of just use the pictures as a base to construct a fantasy in your head, there's not much here to distract you from fapping.

I agree with you and I notice the same effect from Hladilnik and Weaver and artists like that. That minimal, sketchy style really works for me

Are we missing a page? I know it goes from 24 to 25, so it doesn't look that way, but it still feels like we're missing something. Like it just jumped forward a little, or it skipped a scene.
