I think there's a nice balance to be had if you mix of both types of panels. More dialog in low action scenes is fine, but I think it should be kept to a "supporting role" while in the sex scenes. Even moans and grunts could be added to break up an otherwise completely silent scene.

That being said, I think zummeng might have gone to the other extreme this time, putting too few silent panels anywhere in this comic.
