Why are people arguing "women are expected to...." here? We have literally nothing from any character in this comic outside an obviously misunderstanding main character to even hint that sex is a requirement and also is demanded and required only from the women.
The first few characters we have no idea who actually initiated the act to begin with so with that has nothing but assumptions to back up any complaints of "women are forced to", the third character was actively verbally abusing the person that had asked them and was on top doing it themselves putting them in the power position in that interaction, aka she wasn't being forced.
Next iirc is the one that was walking around with her, which again we don't know who initiated the encounter. That one ended up with the male's superior coming and demonstrating power over him by threatening to revoke sex privileges and the first woman had flat out said SHE would probably be the one to put a stop to that were that to happen due to having a soft spot for him. A character literally had mentioned that the female would be the one to initiate the sex already, indicating that women do have the power to deny, stop, or request sex in that workplace.
Beyond that there's a simple realization that could help people not be disgusted by a furry comic about a sex casual workplace. Women like sex too, a lot like big dicked good looking men and likely want to be screwed by them as most men would like to screw them as well. The easiest assumption to make in the situation provided so far is that the women like it too, not that they are somehow forced to do it. The fact that the women have to be specifically pointed out to be ok with it seems really weird as we don't have people upset that we aren't being told that all the guys haven't been said to be all on board.
Aside from that though this is a workplace where you are probably likely to come across your IT guy and your secretary fucking over the photocopier. I highly doubt when sex itself is such a commonplace thing in that environment that a guy having his dick out would be viewed as aggressive. :/
A lot of the stuff being complained about is either being blown out of proportion, will likely be something answered by the story itself or has been, or is nonsensical to begin with.
There likely are valid complaints to be had with the comic but "omg women are being treated poorly!....maybe?" isn't one. Especially on a site where we have comics where women are literally treated like fucksticks, used, raped, etc. This is barely a step above vanilla in content. :/
