It's the eyes. The artist gets inconsistent with putting the shine in them, and it makes them look really hollow and emotionally dead. The panels where they're drawn properly convey a lot more feeling.

I've seen artists that are bad at drawing feet draw feet better than this. And that's even with feet that aren't the main focus of a panel, even for comics that aren't foot fetish ones. This one is. Your excuse would work if the context was different.

-i try to edit and delete those horrible marks but i decide to totally redraw it cuz the entire feet look so bad for me.

-i think it looks better if i add shadow and little shine on the eyes. way less creepy
