ALWAYS. ADD. HORNS. Just... integrate them a bit better and shade them. They're a good idea on the character, just needed to be executed a little better is all. Not the worst piece of art I've seen!

personally, if you're going to have horns you need to make them make sense to some degree.

Either give her some scaling going on, or something that would better reflect the reason on the why.

It looks like the artist just wanted to have 'something' to differentiate her from everyone else. (I.e without horns she is just another vixen.)
