It looks like he draws the lines in his panels exactly once, and never goes back to fix anything. With how often the same handful expressions are used, I imagine he just churns out comics by drawing over all of his old assets. If he gets paid even like $50 per page, he's probably making like $25/hour with how much recycling and how little effort is going on.
He clearly doesn't edit dialogue after it's on the page, so I can't imagine he edits anything else. Example, "...A really good butt smack you did there" from page 3 is just fucking amazing. "I like when you do it" is 6 words, and says way more about both of the characters.
I gotta say though, it's a certain kind of insane to draw as many Disney """Parody""" comics as this guy did. Palcomix is either the bravest guy, or the stupidest guy.
