But the real broad definition to describe them all is: Anthros. And while it doesn't sound as good as furries, Anthro is truly the universal word for the subject.

That said, Nekos are furries. They're just partial furries. And some even have patches of "Fur" in places. And last I checked, their ears and tails have "Fur". They are furries. But to put it more specifically, the term "Partial Furry" is probably most accurate. But a partial furry is still a furry.
