This artist's style has always been freaky. All the faces are droopy, like theyre melting away, especially noticed in short muzzled species. In this case they're using the way they draw cubs in the rabbits, so its like cubs with adult bodies, ugh.

Has anyone reached out to the artist to let them know their characters mostly look like they suffer from fetal alcohol syndrome?

We had a guy tell the artist of Shayla the mouse that he couldn't draw faces for shit a few years back and he actually tried to redo faces so they sucked less... he's still terrible at story and dialogue writing but at least you don't want to punch his characters in the face as much.

I feel like someone should just go through the comic with a red pen and circle every time the faces are fucking awful and every time they're okay and make the artist look at it so they understand the difference. Maybe too long looking at their own art has blinded them. People can have their own style, but even within this guy's style there's obvious times where the faces are trash and obvious times they're not.

Like, cover art, Nick and Judy are looking good. Nick looks the better of the two, but Judy isn't bad and while they both look a little odd to me I'd put that down to the style. Then there's Bonnie and the extra right next to them being fucking terrifying.

Very first page, you have Stu on the left looking like he came in a 90's McDonalds Kid's meal as the toy, right next to Stu on the right with a perfectly serviceable face.

Page 2, Handsome Nick looking down at terrifying Stepford Doll Judy. Then right below Bonnie looking actually natural for basically the only time in the entire comic.
