So in the interest of getting the discussion back on track, here's my theory.
Clara isn't toying with him to get a kick out of some denial fetish. She's teasing him to get him to the point he's flushed enough to commit to something they both know he wants.
Remember, her asking Geoff for permission was never something SHE brought up, but an insecurity of Jacob's. She did say she has to tell him, but not that it had to be beforehand.
We obviously don't know the exact conditions of their open relationship, but Geoff's conversation with Mr. Subtlety implies she'll let him know beforehand in situations where someone's "on her radar" for a while, which Jacob hasn't been. This is a spontaneous thing. Her saying he might get to "put this somewhere else" after she tells Geoff, I think, is more something she says to offer Jacob a positive to the fact that she will definitely reveal their actions to him, because that IS part of their agreement. If having to tell him beforehand IS a condition, there's no reason she couldn't have nudged Geoff just after she hit the bathroom, told/asked him, THEN come back to Jacob's room. We know she didn't, because Geoff's conversation with cat guy would probably have had traces of that in it if she had.
Clara very deliberately coaxes Jacob to act on his lust. She knows exactly what she's doing when she affirms Jacob in his asking "Just touching?". She knows he's going to want to reciprocate, want to experience her. She may not have planned the exact steps in advance, but she knew he'd melt in her hands if she just kept pushing him that little bit further, just a little bit further.
If she got off on denial, I feel that's something we would have seen in her character before, whether in unrelated artwork, or justt earlier in the story. Instead she very openly pursued pleasuring Jacob. If she got off on acting on forbidden wants or explicitly against her agreement with Geoff, she wouldn't have made it an open relationship to begin with. She could just be in a regular closed relationship and be unfaithful to Geoff the regular way. I don't see her having a motif, not in acting against Geoff, or in denying Jacob, other than wanting to get him to the point where he'll put aside his worries about what Geoff thinks and just admit to himself he wants this opportunity enough to accept possible consequences.
I'm not saying she doesn't get anything out of this. She's obviously having fun. But outside of getting to be admired, not as something, but as someone, I think she's doing this just as much for Jacob's benefit as for her own.
Anyway, that's my useless two cents. Take it or leave it, or crucify me for the heresy of thinking too much about something posted on what ultimately amounts to a furry porn piracy chan board.
