It's all the result of Kadath"s delusion that Patrick and Nightshade's relationship is just her doming Patrick even though it's clearly cucking. She's actually more of a enbodment of how Kadath is a horrible writer, and been getting worst over the years;

She and Pat are supposedly in a "cucking relationship" but we see her getting around even when he's not there (watching the whole thing and getting turned on by it is like the basic of the whole 'cucking' dynamic, otherwise is just cheating);

She was also supposedly to be a 'dominatrix' but like you said she let them push her around. Pat: Puzzle's brother and Nightshade's supposedly boyfriend. Reduced to a pathetic poorly-written stereotype of a cuck (think of the guy happy his wife's boyfriend got him a Nintendo Switch meme)

Nightshade: "dominatrix" who's somehow a pushover because Kadath can't write well, and who has basically a fling with every guy she meets. Has a hateful relation with Diamond, now without reason since Kadath didn't gave a good one post-retcon;

Diamond: Puzzle's roommate/girlfriend, who hates Nightshade (see above why the lack of reason) and has a obsession with Sega (think like EWS's Sabrina with Amiga, but without any inch of funny or personality besides that);

Seb: Puzzle and Diamond's fling. Kadath for some reason made him bissexual and with a attraction to man for no reason except "we need a guy to be gay sometimes, and also hit on Pat", and he's a stereotypical stoner all because he's from the Netherlands, and Kadath operates on stereotypes for his non-british characters
