It's merely a trick of the eye. The ceiling is actually 30 feet tall and the mirror is super high up on the wall, specifically facing downward towards the bed so this guy can lay completely flat and watch himself in the mirror as he's getting sucked off or whatever. That window is actually about 15 feet off the ground purely for sunlight and not to be opened. It was a very unfortunate design flaw but they paid for the place before figuring that out. Giraffes used to life there. something something, trust me bro.
