I can see the plot...

She steals a magic collar that makes her skinny, but
The guy she wants to impress likes overly fat chicks.
Once the creator of the collar comes to reclaim it,
she will be turned into an even fatter chick. The guy loves her now...happy end.

Like the name makes it sound like it should be in /gore, but the comics seem to be all about hyper fat?

The three things you need to remember about this artist is. Fantasy. Food, and Fat. the original story had some lizard guy who had the power to make people insanely fat, with his magical food. these other characters are pretty much doing their own thing, but somehow it will eventually correlate to one of those three things, or all three.
