Canon Roxanne is slim with hips and small breasts. This comic's Roxanne is slim with hips and big breasts. Neither of them is chunky.
It's perfectly reasonable for aged-up Roxanne to have big tits. (Many women's boobs grow in a lot between 14 and adulthood.) It's also perfectly reasonable for Roxanne to have medium or small tits (many adult women do). It's fine to prefer big boobs or small boobs or medium boobs.
Aside from the gross dialogue, something about the comic looks kinda ugly to me. I think the heads, necks, and maybe the hands are too big relative to the bodies. Roxanne's stomach also looks kinda low-muscle-tone, especially in >>2600885. I think that's why she's perceived as "chunky" and "middle-aged" despite being visibly slim.
