I make no distinction between Homo Sapiens and any other species (including other Homo Sapiens) with regards to consent or not - I personally do not believe true consent exists outside of the hypothetical - power dynamics being beings of the same species can be and often are incredibly complex whether they are Homo Sapiens or not is arbitrary unless you want to get at the root of my point which is we no more understand one another within the same species as we do outside of our species - anthropomorphism is impossible to avoid since we can only project through the lens of our own unique set of experiences.

Normally I try to stay out of thread debates because they don't really add much to the content or why we're here. Actually, not really. Not where I live, anyway, and I live in Kansas (not saying where for obvious reasons). I was carded occasionally before I turned 21, but even then it wasn't all the time. Now that I'm 38 I never get carded, and I haven't *been* carded in years, so no it's not everywhere here. For the most part people don't seem to care unless you look like you're 13 or something, or you're acting all nervous and shit, *then* they might card you. Other than that, unless you run into the one person that insists on carding you unless you have grey hair, you're good.
