Does this count as cub tho? He's a college student so he's at least 18 right?

Hard to tell. I knew a girl who went to college at 16 because she tested out of high school, and private schools can have professors even at the high school level. Algebra isn't usually taught at the college level.

Still, I've never seen Husky draw anything remotely cub before. He seems pretty into big, masculine men.

Yes it is. College Algebra is a core class at every college and university. Did you not attend college?

They probably live in a country that isn't America, where people are expected to be at least at the pre-cal level before even considering college...

American here. Yeah, it exists, but I think you have to be dumb as shit to leave highschool and not place higher on the math test xD

I can't speak for that guy, but as for me, no.
If you're on algebra when you leave high school, you need to fucking go back and try again. Or give up on educating yourself.

In the south our school didn't do any advanced math. I'm always shocked when I hear kids these days that are doing trig in high school or learning spanish in 3rd grade. All they really taught us prior to high school was that sex was between a man and a woman, the holocaust was bad, and all drugs are exactly the same thing.

Most colleges require a math credit for graduation. You need to take a "CLEP" test to show that you are at least ready to take algebra at the college level without any remedial courses. If you test outstanding, it will recommend higher level math courses(statistics, calculus, etc.). Myself, I opted to take college algebra because it was an easy A. It wouldn't make much sense for an art major to put themselves through Calculus, even if the CLEP test says they're ready for it.

No, it's not the CLEP test. CLEP tests cost like $80 apiece, are on all subjects, and you get 3 college credits for each of them if you pass. (Really good idea, by the way. I passed all of mine the first try, even though I often did bare-minimum cramming just the day before, on subjects that I knew nothing about. I'm a good test-taker.) Anyway, what you're talking about is simply the "Math Placement Test" or something.

I think the question moreso is he a cub appearance wise if it's not explicitly stated? Seems to be quite the contrary but since there has clearly been questioning of it, could possibly be in the wrong section. I personally think they look to be about the same age but even if they aren't what high schooler looks 30 to 40 years old?
