They log everytime you load something, be that a webpage or a pic on said webpage (like expanding that delicious Harubon doujin you come back to every second week)

USA has the patriot act, most European countries have similar acts/laws.
The url to every page and pic you have ever loaded the last 5-10 years are required BY LAW to be stored so that law enforcement can go through your history if you are ever incriminated in anything terror or drug related.

P.S.: Additional caution may be prudent if you live in an exceptionally conservative, rural area where the prosecutors don't have jack-shit to do. Occasionally this means taking retarded obscenity cases like that poor fuck in bumfuck Texas who got prosecuted for working at a gas station because they were too close to a school and sold porn. Even if the charges don't stick (as is likely), being 'tough on porn' looks good for a local prosecutor in Baptistland, and you don't want to deal with that. I'm wondering if anyone knows where I can find a flash animation from a while ago; not really a game, but more of just an interactive story.

The whole thing was some sort of research report with photos on the effects of a male cub getting fucked (maybe eventually killed?) by tentacles and getting oviposited. It was pretty gruesome and the papers start having specks of blood on them.

I guess I'd like to find it because I'm hoping that my memory just made it seem worse than it actually was.

I think I know the one your talking about. I think it was by Edis Krad (at least I'm pretty sure it was his black cat character), but can't find it anywhere to confirm.

It was pretty brutal. From what I remember the tentacle's semen had a virus that converts the internal organs into eggs. There's several pages detailing how the cub's body is gradually being broken down and turned into eggs. He eventually dies and the scientists cut him open to examine the eggs. To make it even worse, the cub is stated to be like only 6 or so.
