This is not a cub comic. Funkybun does not do cub comics. She never has and never will. Its literally a rule she has posted on her Patreon, you can go check yourself.

I think the characters are underage (teenagers), but not cub. Sometimes "cub" is used for the whole underage category, but usually not. I agree that just because they are teens, they shouldn't be in the cub category, just like the BlackKitten comics which are of teenagers.

I think the only real arguement is that they are in their late teens, 18, maybe 17 at their youngest. Cause we have seen them have Jobs, and even be naked and fucked at those jobs, which if they were cubs wouldn't work out. They all look the same height and age as those working in jobs, thus they are 'Adults', clearly.

I think the only reason people assume they are Cubs, is cause they all got small breasts, and just assume only cubs have small breasts. It's really stupid.

I think it has more to do with the dimensions of the character as a whole, the head to body ratio, eyes to face ratio. This character clearly reads as cub.

People are really seething about an artist they love turning out to draw cubshit, huh? Why can't you guys just accept it and live with it? It's not as big of a deal as you make it out to be. As someone who has never seen this artist before, this absolutely looks like cub. You can come up with all kinds of reasons and explanations to deny it but do you really think the average clout-chasing, callout posting furry is going to care?

And if they do come out and admit that they're literally drawing cub art and just lying and saying it isn't, what the fuck does it matter? Do you think you're going to retroactively become an irl ped0 because a drawing you liked turned out to be cub after the fact?

On top of that, it's not as if this would be the only time someone drew cubshit and tried to bend over backwards to deny it. People draw multiple underage characters with the same proportions as they have in the cartoons/comics/media they're from and then goes "ALL CHARACTERS ARE 18 OR OVER!"

It's an Art Style, and freedom of expression, to be able to draw an adult any ways they wanted. This artist chose flat chested petite people, for both Female, Males, and Shemales. And suddenly, there is an issue?

Is the issue that it is Cub Art, (Which it is not), or that you come in with the assumption that petite people must be children, having already made up your mind, and like how everything looks like a nail to a hammer, everything looks like Cub art to you, because you are out right seeking it and looking for it, and thus in your mind you assume it is cub art?

You guys are obviously the kind of people to go to twitter and Archive of Our Own and scream at and try to callout random artists and writers for drawing "freaky stuff" even if it's properly labelled and you have warnings to help you avoid it.

If you weren't, this kind of stuff wouldn't be making you freak the absolute fuck out, because you'd just be able to enjoy what you like looking at without losing your shit about what other people think about the art you view.

Take, for example, BorkyDraws. Half the time they do anything it's to announce a new artist or random person for her followers to doxx and harass. Meanwhile, their "close friends" have publicly linked InkBunny accounts where they post cub art onto, where it's literally tagged by the artist as cub. So either Borky is just a straight up moron or they're a hypocrite that doesn't care about "morality" and "protecting the furry fandom", they just want to feel powerful by using their horde of followers to harass people, and they've got an easy excuse because "those people draw immoral artwork"

To clarify for the sanity of everyone losing their shit. Cub does not mean it's verified underage characters. the virtual age is of no importance. The artist claiming it's a 200 year old dragon woman working in the military and owning a million dollar house in the form of a 10 year old will still be classified as Cub.

No, we do our own judgment on case by case basis. tags on other websites are not relevant. it's all about the visual interpretation we do. This is in order for users in places where CUB is illegal and still be usable compared to many places who banned it outright.
