He still exists, his NSFW JayKasai accounts on FA is there but most old content removed along with no IB account anymore, and it is basically left dead.
What happened seems to be low interest during his main period working on NSFW where his Patreon was poorly funded for it, and then a likely cub-scare from another artist he followed noticing his cub art. Then, he sadly just moved to a different unlinked account where he makes 99% SFW content for an odd, okay-to-meh comic series that is like a looney-toones with generic anime mix but pretty same art style. He also likes a lot of MLP content on his twitter. Seems he just doesn't want to be linked to his old NSFW, but also wasn't being harassed enough to really wipe his tracks. That being said, I don't really want to share his new username in case people start harassing him with "where's the cub!?" from here and cause him stress.
Although, somewhat hilariously he has a commission sheet on this page which has, in it's list on "Will not draw" the following "Scat, vore, underage porn, cub porn, or weird fetishes". Those last three feel just a tad defensive, and also a bit hypocritical of him to seem so passionate about being against it despite having drawn it plenty
