Forest Hill! I feel for the author. It's clear that he has an attraction to minors and was perhaps molested as a kid. To his credit, he's trying to balance that by having a story where the kids who are affected by molestation and mistreatment end up in a healthier environment.
The frame is from a conversation between the main adult couple (a brand new couple) about how to feel about being aroused by nudity, even when it's due to one of your own kids.
The "mom" grew up in a hippy nudist colony and is coming to grips with the fact that the molested kids (as opposed to her kids) tend to prefer nudity around the house and so she's making sure everyone is on the same page.
It's a really good comic, but I feel bad for the author. He's clearly working through his shit with it (or giving it an outlet). As someone who is a hands-off, art-only sort of MAP, I totally get this as an outlet.
