its been years so it looks like everything changed. once you create the account use the link they send to the email you used. its important to use the link because you need to sign in from it. then wait 7 days.

after 7 days, assuming you are using chrome, when visiting ExHentai.org, you see an image of a panda crying, you need to go ahead and clear your cookies. This is done pretty easily on chrome by hitting the padlock next to the address bar, clicking on cookies and then deleting the only one that’s in there for ExHentai.

Do note exhentai is where they show the "more extreme" stuff (cub/shota/loli) the ehentai fans dont want to see.

also i got the files from exhentai ill upload in a few days. i am currently upscaling all the images to mage them look better, and this takes time due to the rendering
