looks similar, but im not sure. originally i thought this was a fabercastel pic but i can't confirm. either way it's not on any gallery site i can find. saucenao and tiny eye turn up with nothing

I'm fairly certain that's fabercastel's bat boy. He tends to be drawn a particular way, and that chest and leg fluff + the nose shape really fit the bill. Plus he's pretty blatantly into cub stuff. But I'm pretty sure it isn't his art.
