People lie frustratingly frequently about their stance on cub art.

Almost anyone bellyaching about it on E6 doesn't quite realize their favourites are public, only to then be called out for having copious amounts of cub art faved.

Same for artists. Where they'll denounce the very thought of liking such art, yet have several (semi recent) posts of cub on Inkbunny. Or have at the very least drawn it years ago.

It's co-responsible for the situation the content is in now.

It's all AI-generated and doctored afterwards, actually, just like this one. If you look closely, you'll notice several things that don't match with his style, like the musculature, amount of detail, proportions and shading, plus the usual AI mistakes, like backgrounds not matching up or the hands being weird (something you can see in the OP picture). Not the first time this has happened: there's AI-generated cub that was obviously made by training it on Silverfox's stuff and they don't even draw NSFW.

I had it archived from before in a Telegram chat and redownloaded it today for this conversation. It's been around in cub channels for a while.

As for this pic, Red has been doing the blue sketch thing for a several years now, so it's pretty reasonable to assume that it's a late leak at most. I don't have the tools to make a noise analysis, but the existence of the horse pic and the style inconsistencies in the op pic lead me to believe it isn't by him.
