The artist has been revolving in this topic for so many years. For so many years, he still presents his material in the form of half-sketches. For so many years, he still hasn't learned storytelling.
And to demand 10+ dollars for such a hack is a fat overestimation of oneself.
His name has weight in the community - firstly, fuck him, and secondly - less famous people do much better work for free. Yes, imagine, they do a full-color work with a high-quality plot and put it on free display, not for a subscription or for a price.
Unfortunately, this case is far from an isolated one - there are quite a few such individuals in the artistic fandom, and unfortunately, no one fights with them or even shows a desire to do it.

1. You, personally, do not like their work.
2. You expected the plot of a 10 page comic to be way better than this.
3. You believe that the art they produced for this comic is objectively bad just like you think all/most of their other work is.
4. You believe that they didn't put in a lot of effort into the production of this comic.
5. You don't think he/she should be as popular as they currently are.
6. You want them to produce a comic with a better plot with full color, and release it all for free at once and to not profit from it at all.
