decided to make this its own thread. framepack looks to be a new image animation ai that can animated still images. the requirements are very forgiving with it only needing a 30XX card with at least 6gb of vram and about 24gb of actual ram. the installation is a one click install from the github and the gui is easy to understand. anybody with a modest computer can set it up and start animating images.

its still in its early phases so its not very amazing but it can still produce so decent results. prompting for it is rather difficult since it will ignore half the command sometimes or produce something different than what you asked it to. short basic prompts are best at this stage to get the best results. you cant use loras or timestamp prompts with it but there is a fork that i havent played with yet called framepack-studio that lets you do both of those.

since the requirements are so low and its very user friendly this thread isnt meant to be a request thread because you can easily do it yourself. this thread is more meant to show off your creations and also provide some tips with prompting if you have any.

ill start with the best result i was able to get.

some general tips about using framepack. prompts are best when they are short. being overly descriptive with what you want the animation to do will often give you results you don't want and has a higher chance of ignoring your commands.

this image i used The character's arms move slightly from holding them out, his head tilting to ask a question, his beak moving up and down to speak, with his towel slightly rippling from the movement as it brushes against his body. this may have been too long of a prompt for it but i was still able to get something good from it. i would recommend prompts no longer than this if you want something to look good.

i would also recommend referring to a character as the character instead of the boy/girl/child/kid because there is a chance it could generate a photorealistic human if the source image isn't good. you can still use them but if you are getting weird results try referring to them as the character. he/she doesn't matter though.

its also not entirely worth it to make anything longer than 10 seconds with 5-6 being the sweet spot i find.

it usually takes my computer 40-50 minutes to generate a 5-6 second video without using teacache. teacache is about 2-3 times faster with it taking on average 17 minutes to generate a video of the same length. the results with teacache enabled are usually roughly the same with some worse details for hands, robotic movement, and eyes opening and closing. teacache can still produce some decent results and it can be used to get a rough idea of how an animation could look. if you are happy with most of what you got with teacache you can run the same prompt with it disabled to get a smoother result.

a big tip when generating animations. once you start generation you can close the gui. as long as the command prompt is still opened, the generation will continue. closing the gui will free up a lot of resources especially on your gpu when its encoding the frames between each step. ive had the encoding frames step take 15+ minutes and even freeze with the gui opened. with it closed it only take 1-2 minutes consistently.

for this image i had teacache enabled and used The boy using his phone with some minor body movements. for the prompt.

ive mostly only played with solo character images because the prompting has to be basic and because ai in general isnt that great at sex motions. i did experiment a couple of times with an image with 2 characters and the first was horrible but this one came out pretty good.

i had teacache disabled and the prompt i used was Both characters rubbing against each other while moving their mouth to talk.

i did also do the previous prompt with teacache enabled but made it one second shorter and got a different result. personally i prefer this one due to the otter being more expressive. how long the animation is could potentially produce a different result but i would need to experiment more.

framepack also seems to be able to handle doing cum well enough too. i haven't tried it yet with teacache disabled but this was still a good result.

the prompt i used for this one was Semen drips from the girl's vagina, with her posing for her wedding photo.

lastly for now i will show a cursed result that i decided to keep. its just to show that the generator isnt perfect yet but does have potential to produce something from nothing. in a year i bet this program will be much more better.

no. i believe its because its a background object not attached to the character so the ai doesnt recognize it even when you include it in the prompt.

probably twirling around the pole, crouching up an down, or rubbing her body with her hand. anything within simple believable movements that an image already suggests. download the program and see what you can make! like i said this isnt meant to be a request thread due to how accessible it is compared to other ai programs. its more to bring awareness to the new program and so people can share their animations.

Huh, well then hope you don’t mind that I share this then little tweak I did to that one bridal animation you made then? I basically converted it into video and raised its resolution. However I would have liked to add some audio to it, but I’m a complete ass at sound design, so that’s sadly a no go for right now. But oh well, guess someone else can deal with it in that area due to my lack of skill there.

Framepack exports the results as mp4 in a resolution 2-3 times bigger than the gifs I uploaded. I converted them to gif because u18chan doesnt have mp4 support.

If that’s the case, shouldn’t some camera flashes be added to the video then? And since this is a Framepack thread I’m pretty sure you could add that to the video/animation as well as time up the camera “flashing” to the sound effects.

i did more playing around with framepack. theres an option called f1 that can be enabled which makes it so frames are created forward instead of in reverse. this makes it follow prompts better and get better results but simple prompts are still the way to go. its also slightly faster. teacache will be more prone to errors but it can still produce great results. i played with a good handful of images and mostly got okish results. i dont want to flood the thread with mediocre results so im only going to post what i found to be a great result.

the first is some ducktales blowjob. the ai can do a someone good job at blowjobs with my first tests. this one is more of a suckle though but it did the cum really well.

teacache was disabled and the prompt was The character slowly moves his beak up and down on the penis as he performs oral sex, full of love, with semen slowly leaking on the penis.

framepack still works best with solo or solo focused images. it cant do anal or vaginal though, but handjobs might work out well.

i had teacache enabled for this and the prompt was The character touches the penis, filled with curiosity. i also noticed with this image that extending the time can produce a different image even though im always using the same seed.

Although out of curiosity, have you tried testing out any “glow in the dark” effects on an animated image yet. Like as an example, a girl while glow in the dark paint on her naked body while she’s at a rave?

Cause I saw someone above mentioning adding “white flashes” to an animation and how that mess it up. So I’m a bit curious if the same might be true with glowing effects or if what the person above said was all bull?

There, added some dripping sound effects and some “voice line” for the girl as well as some background by-stander dialogue to it as well; alongside the paparazzi and background music as well. Probably not my best work with what I had to work with, but oh well.

As for adding “camera flash” animations to the gif/video, I can’t tell you how that work since I didn’t have to time to test that out on frame work. But pretty sure someone here will do that with a different animation so you can hopefully repeat the process in this case. With that in mind, can we just the subject of this and let folks post animations and discuss about the process of making them here. Otherwise, just make a separate thread for audio/video edits people

also ive mostly reached the limits of what framepack can do so all i really have left is playing with images i like until it gets more advanced. hope others can make use of the tips i left here and post their edits because im not going to spend much time on it now. one last thing i can share is that if you arent getting good results with teacache you can close the program and reopen it and youll get a different generation despite being on the same seed. i think the same also works with teacache disabled but if you get something good enough with it enabled and then try disabling it for a better quality animation and get something not great you can change the seed by +-5 one at a time in either direction to get something very close to the teacache example. i wouldn't suggest to go more than 5 in either direction because major changes to the seed can make things look very cursed.

I have solved the humping puzzle. Get Framepack Studio: https://github.com/colinurbs/FramePack-Studio and it will let you use hunyuan video loras for Framepack, of which there are many for fuckin' animations.

Has anyone done any tests with zaush’s or lichfang’s art? Thought I ask since I’m wondering if framepack might have some issues with art from those two or not.

This is blowing my mind. I knew something like this was coming (I'm a bit surprised it took this long) but I'm over the moon to see it. This opens up a lot of possibilities.

I need some technical specs though. Primarily, which model do I need? Do the standard Base or Extended Framepack models work for furry art? Are there existing furry finetunes? Should I finetune my own?

Beyond this, I typically use an A100 via Google Colab. Its expensive, but its a hobby I'm happy to pay for. What sort of performance might I expect from this?

I've got a zillion other questions. Is there a community I join to query the experts?

probably pleased and happy someone brought their art to life. i know of a artist who is really against ai image generation but was very interested when shown a ai animation of their work. it was because the ai is only modifying something already made instead of deliberately stealing their style or character to generate things they wouldnt draw.
