It's not really even the dick that bothers me even tho it is/was definitely a part of the confusion, just the... overall layout of the panels. Page 1 and 4 are pretty much the only ones I don't have that much of a problem with. Page 5 tho... you know, I'm not an art student or anything, but it just... feels weird and confusing.

More like what's the point of the whole comic. The panel layouts and order is confusing, the characters speak weird ("run away again", "I'm infected", "my nose is behaving on it's own"), and there doesn't seem to be any actual story that the artist is trying to follow.
It's a mess.
