To add to this, morons and legitimate bad actors (people from primeleap itself) will say 'no but you just need to blue the images properly you can erase the drm!' while knowing full well that there are techniques in place that can't be blurred away.

Burner accounts is the only way, and primeleap apparently captures an illegal amount of your personal data, not just IP addressed, but like your hardware fingerprint etc, so the only way to leak consistently would be through multiple machines and burner accounts. And at that point, just fuck it. Nobody has the werewithal to go through all that shit for middling-level porn.

Vera referred to Thistle as Kindle's Fuck Buddy, not Girlfriend or anything like that. They were always Fuck Buddies and were from the first art they were together in and always had a playful sexual friendship. And frankly, it's retarded to think "friends" and "lovers" are mutually exclusive to one another. The idea that you can't have a serious relationship with your best friend is ridiculous and it's where the stupid "friendzone" shit starts. It can't even be used in this instance given they have sex probably daily anyways.
The best person to be in a relationship with IS a good friend. They tend to know you best and know how to perk you up, like Thistle with Kindle here. They're FWBs, so there's some commitment there as is and there's no doubt they love each other like you do your own best buds. But they were never an "official" couple. Does/Should that stop people from shipping them? No and frankly I doubt Sef minds that either.

They were never anything more than playful best friends with benefits and just because you saw it differently doesn't make it canon. That doesn't make Sef a bad writer for sticking to that. NHNF was bad but this comic isn't bad for not having Kindle and Thistle be anything more than fuckbuddies who do care and support one another (You know, like friends do? Or do you not have any?). Instead it's led to the comic being really cute.

Just wanted to post my condolences to not being able to pirate this artist. Tis a real shame, a real real shame, because geuss what, since ive been looking around seferin has been fading into the recesses of obscurity. Lmao ever since the whole debacle with the last comic, then primeleap she has had NO artistic growth whatsoever, she has had NO writing growth whatsoever, she has put herself into a state of stagnation that is honestly perplexing. One of my best friends is a highly talented artist. Over the past 4 years he has been going to university and majoring in Comic art. And some other major in the last year. He has graduated with his bachelors this year back when summer started. Now during this whole time he and I have been looking at alot of furry artists and seferin was especially brought to his attention. He told me that the reason she made the move more then likely was not to "pay off the rent" as she states, but to gurantee financial security even at the cost of bettering herself down the line. He went on to then say that alot of artists will do this because they don't want to push themselves or do more work, and also to abuse a system to maximize money. Basicly greed, obviously. Me having already read up on all the seferin drama told him i knew this. But i asked him for more emphasis on why he would make a statement about Seferin stagnating herself. He went on to explain that if content is harder to get to how will people be able to see you're potential? How will people and a community who wants to see your potential push you to grow more? If you decide to do what Seferin does and regulate it to the mindless drones who keep continuing to pay *more* for the same content that was being made at the same pace then their will be absolutly no insentive to get better. DRM has helped her insure that but it has also locked Seferin within her own box. She will never be a prolific figure, she will never strive for new heights and eventually she will burn out from the fandom when she has accumulated enough wealth. He then went on to give an example of Bitchdrachen. Stating, look at her, she has been using any means necessary to fight off the big bad guys who dare share her art to the people who didn't pay for it, longer then seferin has. Now look at where she's at. Once an artist you'd see all over E621 now barely relevant. Go to their FA page and you'll see their once growing community almost nonexistant and their gallery barely updated. You told me even of a new account Blitz made that is focusing entirely on SFW? Yeah she's basicly burnt out. For so long she has relegated her fanbase to only people who praise her and or worship her. With nobody giving her an outside view looking in on how she could do her art better, and with a pityful trickle of new followers flowing in her relevance is dying. Not only that but she is suffering from clear signs of burn out. Sooner or later if she keeps trying to force herself to keep doing the same monotanous thing day in day out, she'll quit drawing entirerly. And you can see that with seferin too. Seferin is just in the earlier stages of it, but just like blitzdrachen, will slowly fade to irrelevancy just like Danza, just like Blitz and just like every other artist who can't face reality. It shouldn't matter who see's your art. The ONLY thing that matters is how you get better as an artist to potentially go into a professional career. And thats all he said. I understand not wanting to do more work, but through seferin's actions she clearly wants to do less for More. Sooner or later her ego will get big enough to the point that only the Big bucks will make her motivated to draw (like MilesDF) and we all know how irrelevant that artist got in a real hurry.
TLDR; stagnancy leads to irrelevancy which leads to burn out which leads to not being able to get back into the habit of working at bettering yourself at drawing which is what originally gave you money. Its quite ironic, but the signs are all their. But here's to you Seferin, i'm already paying respects to a living dead artist who i thought was a talented artist that instead, shot herself in the foot whilst in quicksand.

Long story short: You can either make a quick and simple story that goes straight to the point, or make an actual deep and enjoyable story out of it...

Try to mix both and You'll be the one disappointing both parties: Those who want to read, and those who want the quick thing.

And if you are thirsty, the next 5 pages are kindle just eating out thistle. He penetrates her in the 7th, and in the 8th Thistle mounts kindle.

To be honest im pretty sure the panel borders are also part of the DRM that prime leap uses. We already know that graphic placement is a thing (Like, the position of a caracter, even its limbs can vary from user to user) but i've noticed that every panel has different marks around the page, which is interesting and i'm 100% convinced are part of the drm. Sef is just keeping them once the image is released to 1, keep consistency, and 2, not raising any suspicion.

TBH, it is clever, and very well hidden.

Basically, if anyone wants to leak any comic from sef from primeleap, they have to:

First, clean up all the coded watermarks.
Second, Move all the graphics that can be movable, ALL OF THEM.
Third, clean upp the panel marking, to be a simple straight line.
Fourth ALSO MOVE THE PANELS.
Fifth, move the goddam text bubbles.
Sixth, if not clear at this point, move fucking everything around, make anything in the picture to be as random as possible.

And finally, whatever you are left with, take a screenshot of it, because you have no idea what kind of hidden stenography may be hidden left...

Room temperature IQ question. Did anybody try just mirroring and then rotating the entire image 90 degrees or something? or like 45 degrees on a bigger blank canvas behind it? I know there was tons of nudging and blurring and taking screenshots and etc. but the panels/etc. always ended up in the same positions before that way.

If you didn't pick it up, each user will literally get even the arms in different positions, the system is that elaborated and this was discovered while no harm no foul was still around. Different text bubbles, different effects placements, and even different positions in Addison's legs.

If you have never used a qr code, distorting the image isn't enough.

See the speech bubble in the last page? Pick any speech bubble. The distance between it and the edge of the panel is a distinct measurement. For argument's sake, let's say it's 20 pixels.

Someone else might get 21. Or 19. Or even 15.

So unless you can move that speech bubble ~5 pixels in each direction without leaving any evidence behind of its original position (Almost impossible) and do that for every single moveable element on the page, then you will always get caught.

I don't have duplicate pages to compare, but look at this page:

The moving elements I'd peg as most likely to be moved, would be first panel speech bubbles, the yellow orb light, Gwen herself. Panel 2 speech bubbles, the 'really' AND the effects around the word. Panel 3 those little glowy icons, and the location of the two characters within the panel. Panel 4 Gunter, and the 'I love it' exclamation. Panel 5 definitely the 'flop' and perhaps Gwen's position.

Oh and those little transparent bubble effects? They move too.

You have to move all those in a way that is undetectable and get every single element in your pass because if you miss even a single one, you've given them enough information to uniquely identify you. And that's on top of the regular stenography embedded in the images which becomes apparent when you compare the released versions with primeleap leaks, which consists of faintly darkened circles spread across the panels to create patterns and what seems to be selective darkening or lightening of background elements (darker shadows, etc).

Primeleap's stenography is unbeatable without CIA-level image manipulation or AI built specifically to deal with it and anyone who suggests otherwise either has no fucking idea what they're talking about or is from Primeleap themselves and spreading misinformation. There is no amount of editing you can do to erase the stenography unless you have access to the PSDs.

The only way to do it is burner accounts. But even then, Primeleap apparently collects an illegal amount of your personal information to uniquely identify you so as far as I know, nobody has been able to consistently burn accounts with them.

It's Patreon that collects payment info, and they only track bank accounts. If you get banned from Sef's Patreon, you can't resub using paypal or debit cards connected to that bank account.

HowEVER, because Patreon doesn't keep track of name or address when determining if you're banned from an artist's page, you can just use credit cards. I was using paypal when I last leaked and got banned, and it wouldn't let me use a debit card under a different account. Switched payment to a credit card and was able to resub no problem. I'm working on a possible way to circumvent drm, but I need more samples of the same image from different primeleap accounts and I'm not ruining my credit score with a dozen different credit cards.

The fight between DRM and leakers is always a race. Right now we're losing so y'all are just gonna have to sit tight and wait for the free pages but I imagine eventually, as advanced as they are, these methods will be circumvented as always.

I think an AI solution as an earlier poster alluded to might be the way forward. Basically just fucking deepfake the comic. That's easier said than done though and will likely produce a lot of artifacts.

Also this whole thing reminds me of the days of people slightly speeding up videos and mirroring them in attempts to circumvent Youtube's content ID system.

Look, it's basically moot. There was an interesting University project back in the time of No Harm No Foul that aggregated the results of like a dozen accounts and did differential analysis of the images. It very much WAS possible to compute a randomized/average output image by identifying the differences, the range between the differences, and then coming up with anything in between to make a composite. The output wasn't perfect but could have been made better.

BUT IT WAS NOT WORTH IT!!!!!

The cat and mouse game of DRM stripping, compared to the low cost of paying for content, the content being provided for free (with a time delay) and the fact that this is furry porn not nuclear goddamn launch codes, made the team abandon the project as a fun exercise but not one worth the commitment of time or resources to pursue.

Bottom-line: It's pretty good fingerprinting. It's not perfect and it can be beaten. But there's not a lot of point to doing so in the current scenario unless you're a mindless vigilante or in such bad need of fapping material that you can't wait a few weeks to get it for free.

Pay the money or wait. Or figure out how to do differential image analysis, object extraction, and composite synthesis if you care so badly. The folks who do know how to do so played with it as an intellectual exercise and decided it wasn't worth the hassle.

Think about how fingerprinting works on their end. They have a master image that is then compared to the target image, and differences are computed. The source used to generate subscriber images is either something like Photoshop files with multiple layers or vector images that can be positionally and metrically manipulated before being rasterized.

If you really want to break this you have to go the other direction. Figure out all of the variables across a (larger than 2) sample set and basically extract your own layers, filling in the background with the relevant areas from images where the foreground isn't occluding it. You end up with source layers functionally equivalent to what the artist began with. Watermarked and other encoded areas can just be averaged out or replaced with solids without significantly affecting image fidelity.

The only known problem with the approach was discontinuities at certain joints on the characters and other objects in the image. There are ways to solve that with edge detection and rotation, scaling or extension of the extracted layers.

If you're going to do something, do it right! Or stop fucking around and just pay the artist $5, and maybe a thank you while you're at it, if you're so desperate to whack it to her work.

Metadata is a possibility, but it's too easy to get rid of. Just opening the file in an image editor and exporting again should make new, clean data. They won't rely on that.

They probably know we figured out the position trick, so they'll do something more subtle.
Look at the panel borders. See how they're rough? Those could be different between versions.

Ive been doing a lot of analysis and nothing seems conclusinve. The most possible thing is that they are now doing subpixel kind of shifting, but for me, thath would be dumb, since downsampling and choosing a different method for downsampling would loose that special data.

Ill try stuff with Ai, but, not knowthing what the data is that we should get rid off, is not really easy if it was discarded or not in the process.

This is a difference map between a primeleap image and a publicly available image, not much info tbh, but there is stuff that makes it a little bit more than just a stretch.

It might not be something encoded in the graphics. Like you said, a bit of compression would mangle it, so it would need to be big enough to survive compressions.

There is a way to embed snippets of code into an image. I have no idea how it works, but I have seen it before, years ago. An old image sharing site, a user put up something that looks and behaves exactly like a normal image, but when it was posted on that site, it would customise the content of the image with your username.

Never did figure out how it worked. Maybe this is along those lines. Snippet of code customised per user everywhere it displays for you. If you download it, it's carrying your info? Then all they have to do is upload it on a specific page on their site to see who it is?

So... my findings:

At least up to page 68, doing this method would be fine, but for the wrong reasons.

Clearing up watermarks is easy, and deleting exif is aswell. Primeleap can do procedural Layer shifting as fingerprinting but for some reason, the latest pages (up to 68 which are the ones I checked) do not have that. Instead, the scaling of the pages is procedural, varying in height and width with your account ID(Not in number, the resolution is always the same, but the shape differs) (Checked with 2 different accounts).

Primeleap embeds your Account ID in every image you see in the website, this includes the "Decorative" spots and lines inside the website itself. Even the miniatures come from this database. The page tells you that if you "download" an image, you get a version with less watermarks. That is a lie. Your ID is used for Procedural Layer Shifting, Height and Width variation, color tone shifting, (MAYBE SHARPENING STRENGHT), Id stamping and the position of this stamps. The ID is also in the file name and in the exif.

Here is the thing, clearing the steganography of that is just way too easy for what we know primeleap is capable of doing so we cannot rely on this for leaking. The design is brilliant and i have to praise the developer for that.

The solution? AI, more precisely, Pix-2-Pix.

Reason? Simple, we need an AI that can deconstruct the image and reconstruct it looking the same but that is also capable of detecting objects and moving them around. We have training data from previous leaking attempts from primeleap so the network should be capable of detecting what is a character and how much it should be capable of moving it around. I do not have such access to data, but programming and training an AI with this data seems plausible if some people are willing to farm this data from PL (But with pages or drawings that we know have procedural layer shifting).

I present to you, Page 68...

This is basic af, but since i can verify that for this page the steganography is in watermarks and shapes, i can manually get around that.

The image is downscaled from it's original size to a 10% scale with approximation (DO NOT USE A DOWNSCALING ALGORITHM TO SMOOTH THINGS UP, THE AI IS WAY TOO GOOD TO RECONSTRUCT THIS DATA WITH ACCURACY SO AVOID THAT), getting rid of multiple details. With this, the image becomes an aliasing mess. Then we feed this to the upscalling algorithm to 400%, and this AI has to be trained specifically with drawings so it can reconstruct the missing data from downscalling better than if it was a photo. Similar to what Waifu2x does, but that library has strict resolution limits. Then, you have to mess with the color pallete, either Tone shifting and color space manipulation (Better if both at the same time). I detected small color variations between pages (One tone may be 212,138,68 when in the next account page is 213,138,68... I repeat, this is clever af). And, with an easy image manipulation program, like, PS, just mess with the width and height of the page.

THIS IS SPECIFICALLY FOR THESE PAGES UP TO 68 AND I CANNOT ASSURE YOU SEF WON'T START TO UPLOAD PROCEDURAL LAYERING FROM THIS PAGE FORWARD.

Whoever can do and knows how to train an AI, take the public information and develop an ai specifically to mess with PL methods. This is hella simple to achieve, but i lack the knowledge in AI training. For these, I used publicly available libraries, but this needs a new one specially crafted for PL.

Now. Why the downscalling and upscalling is necesary? It may aswell not be, but when checking the pages, I also noticed very specific Sharpening details in parts of the image (I already posted about those differences) and downscalling with AP and then upscalling with AI literally changes the shape of every single line while keeping most of the drawings appareance. Small text gets converted into garbage data so both watermarks and speech gets thrown away (Since the AI is not trained for text).

Use this information at your own risk.

I'm the AI guy. Haven't been banned yet. Patreon gives access to the API in a very restrictive way. In this case, they can only know your tier level on patreon on the user you are trying to link your account with. In this case, you must link your patreon to each of primeleaps users (And also the email).

(In my case, the PrimeLeap App is linked to the FriskyFerals profile):

They cannot ban your credit card info simply becase this information is encrypted, and not even patreon has access to this information. Multiple users have reported being banned from PL and just creating a different account with a different email.

Unless you install a software from them, it is impossible to do so. At much, they only can gather which OS you have, your browser and your IP... And, that's it.

The account seed is generated only at account creation so the rest doesn't really matter. But yeah, using a VPN is not enough.

You could reuse a credit card, Patreon doesn't access that data, but each time you would need to create a new patreon account, with a new email, new prime leap account, link the shit, pay for a page and so on.

Assumming a new page each week, this is just... not worth it. The idea behind an AI tool is something you develop once, and forget about it.

While I don't think they're collecting HWIDs like that other Anon suggested, they could be collecting browser fingerprints, which are going to be unique for >99% of users and would remain so regardless of VPN use or account so long as the user keeps using the same browser.

I highly suggest going and giving Elvche a follow. Their comic is actually a nice one and even though she builds up to it, she gets out her comic pages very quick, Especially the filler ones. Unlike with the frisky fuckwad squad that takes the same amount of time to make stupid fillar that doesn't matter when it is clear cut fillar. Thank actual FUCK primeleap is still getting its shit DDOSED. You'd think the underlying criticism for all their comics: pacing: would have gotten through their heads. For the most part Elvche is doing the deathclaw lesbian comic, but she can most definitely start working on a feral mini comic or even focus on a feral comic at any time. It just depends on what she and the patreon's want. And considering you get so much more content then Frisky feral's of the same caliber for just 1 Buck, its amazing. The only practice I don't agree with is locking comissions behind a paywall because then we get greedy assholes like Amyth or Kayla-Na. Other then that she is a solid Anthro/feral artist who is a way better alternative to frisky ferals. And I do implore you to at least a watch of some sort.

This is really the better way of updating the thread.
Primeleap isn't really much of a deterrent when the comic it's protecting is only worth leaking maybe 3 or 4 times a year due to all the fluff, filler, and waffle between any real action.
