How does putting the book in a scanner cause it harm? It doesn't. That's the point. I mean, I've heard some people take the comics apart, so they can lay each page out flat and get the best quality scan. Obviously, I don't expect you to do that. In fact, I don't expect anybody to do that ever, because, unless you have the equipment and know-how, you destroy the book you're trying to archive. Talk about counterproductive. And in this case, totally pointless, because a digital version is already available. Easy to archive, easy to share, best quality and you don't have to start a fire if you need to go "protocol zero".

Again, the whole point of this site is so people don't feel like they're missing out. So some photos of a few pages would ultimately just come across as a tease. That's how it felt with the first issue (I don't know, if that was you and honestly, it doesn't matter). Please, just enjoy your book and don't rub it in my face! I've had enough teasing for several lifetimes. I can wait for the digital version.
