I really don't know if not wearing a wedding ring while out for a run is particularly strong evidence. Also, my guy, have you never read a Naylor comic before? Adultery tops incest and even piss as his most favoured kink to write his stories around. It is completely out of character for him to have a married character and an opportunity to have them cheat but then pass that up by making them single off-screen.
