Came to mention that the thumbnails were somehow triggering a trypophobia response. Leaving after mentioning that this is legitimately some of the most grotesque and inconsistent art i've ever seen.
It's definitely AI if you look at the teeth and around the eyes. The smaller guy mysteriously loses the dark fur around his eyes
and this one >>2572282 shifts to an entirely different art style and generated an extra toe
