Such an annoying cliche in fiction. Whenever a character has an extremely time-sensitive and secret plan, they elaborate on the plan so loudly that a bad guy always hears it and for some reason decide it's better to do it later even if logically they should already be ready to do it then and there. I mean, look at the size of his mouth in panel 2. He is clearly yelling or at the least speaking loudly.
