i always wondered if black teagan & kenket were actually a couple.
why would a lesbian couple draw almost exclusively gay male art?
you'd think they'd have an appriciation of the female form, rather.
so while they were probably living together, judging by the staggering
amount of drawings, perhaps they were just roommates?
would love to know why they stopped working together, though.

Met them both over the years, I think it was just a lot of little things over the years, and just wanting to go different directions. Kenket has kept up the art and has gotten into Brony art, but she does that on the side so I don't see the big deal there. Teagan took up a teaching position and is back in the fandom with a SFW comic. Nordguard was well received in the mainstream comic awards, and I believe just on hiatus, iirc they got picked up already for another series. Tempo posted about working on some Nordguard work recently too, again that's on memory, pretty sure the journal about it is on FA still.

Kenket has always been a bit wild, and I can see how she could be a little much if you had to work constantly with her. They did churn out an incredible amount of art, you do just get burned out sometimes too. I knew them from cons so not that well, but definitely got the vibe they were together so maybe they did just breakup Blotch and irl.

Who knows...

Kenket has been dating Lofi for well over 2 years now, and they live together, and they're starting to do business together under their Hax moniker. So maybe the cycle is repeating (though I don't know Ket personally).
