I mean, it's his choice what he draws, but as a fan of his earlier work it just saddens me.

What pisses me off is that the 'moffles' are a Frankenstein patched together from pieces of other artists. I mean, the art is fine, but it really feels like they broke the traditional furry mold to make an attempt at originality but, failing that, settled on adapting a style from more obscure sources.

Also, fucking t-rex arms.

In a comic, the only difference between "femboys" and minors is whether the artist says they are over 18. If they were drawn with proportions of a real to life feminine presenting male that had actually gone through puberty then this would not be an issue. Instead they are drawn with the proportions ranging from toddlers to early adolescents. The artists themselves feel compelled to put age disclaimers. They understand they are drawing characters which do not resemble adults. This is off-putting both to real transgender folk as well as those who object to cub porn.

Well to be fair guys, Pow did state early before they released this comic that they were actively going for a more cartoonish look than their usual more realistic character designs. I mean taking this comic's design, which I like because I like toonish things, and saying his style's gone downhill would be like stating that just because a carpenter's been building a bunch of chairs lately must mean he's forgotten how to build a house. Yeah, the more toony art style with weird anatomy is intended.
Nothing wrong with weird anatomy, gotta learn the rules of it before you break/skew them, and Powfoo does draw their normal stuff inbetween pages. They still have a grasp on their art style and anatomy.

No he's not. Even though his tumblr hasn't been updated in forever and a day and the last known activity was Oct 31st he's still active. These things take quite a bit of time to produce so it just seems like he (or they) is dead. The only thing I think he (or they) should do is send out short messages to let people know they're still around since there's no other way we can verify it since they're so incredibly nonexistent online (at least to the people who aren't their patreon supporters at least). Just do what I do; check back monthly to see if there's anything new and if there isn't then check back next month.

Why is this thread just filled with people arguing over this comic? I'm assuming most of us are here to look at porn and masturbate and here people are arguing over if this comic (who's main characters are ANTHROPOMORPHIC ANIMALS) is bad because it's "art style" and "femboys". This community is weird. The people in this community are fucking weird. Getting mad at something because it's not the right type of weird is dumb.

Also can you really say that this is poorly drawn? I personally am not a big fan of super cartoony characters in my porn, it's definitely still fappable but not my forte. But JESUS CHRIST have you guys seen the first panel on the first page? The art for that city is gorgeous! All the background work is fucking outstanding. The character's as well, Even with the cartoony proportions, They still have an amazing amount of detail and consistency.
Even the "camera" placement and the poses are really well drawn. It has enough dynamic poses and angles to not be lack luster but not so much that it get's confusing. I won't lie though, the pacing and the writing are a bit lack luster but there is WAY worse out there. (Hell I could probably find 5-10 comics in the first 3 pages of both the straight and the gay comics who's art and writing are just awful and scream "I'm either way to young to be drawing this or I'm one of those furry's who has way to big of an obsession around this fandom/community.")

Yeah I feel you, the previous few comics by Powfoo and Chinpo also had fighting and walls of text of people complaining.

A trend I've noticed on this image board is that comics with highly feminine men or "femboys" tend to have the comments devolve into pissing contests. And the arguments always start the exact same way with someone expressing disgust or disapproval of femboys. It's especially bad with Powfoo and Chinpo because the way they draw femboys tend to lean to far on the fem side of the equation to the point they can barely be recognized as males.

Don't worry your head over it, you can't stop them from arguing. They want to waste their time and energy arguing like that, well that is their choice.

I can understand your sentiments. It does feel a bit weird how it's played out so far, especially with the characters. The wort just seems like it's there to occupy space and doesn't seem to fit all that well since it's rarely acknowledged. Then there's the situation with Spice and Onion. The way they've been built up so far personality-wise and their current actions just seem a bit strange. I'm not saying that they can't have been harboring these feelings but it seems rather out of place how quickly they gave in to them, especially Spice. I could actually see Onion doing something like this if you think on it or a moment but Spice just seems like a whole nother animal. Again, not saying he wouldn't want to do it cuz I could see him being bi-curious or even full-on bisexual but he seems like the type that would've turned down Onion's offer instead of joining in. Also, this current page has just taken a completely different turn with the whole humiliation fetish. It's fine if that's what they're into but it literally came out of nowhere. I don't hate the comic. To the contrary, but it does seem a bit wonky. This isn't my final opinion cuz it's not finished yet. Who knows, maybe things will work out in the end.

Agreed. My absolute favorite powfooo comic is definitely "Fighting Dirty".
The characters have the typical realistic powfooo art stlye, BOTH main characters are more or less femboys and both of them get a turn at anal sex, which I like. And the best thing is that the main characters are in love in each other, talking about marriage and stuff. These kinda vanilla happy ending comics are my favorite! With characters that compliment each other. Powfooo should have done more comics like that. While I also love arcana tales, I'm not really that much of a fan of muscular and 'cold' seeming characters like Rufus. I'd say "Fair Trade" is my second favorite powfooo comic. Also has 2 cute femboys as main characters that get a happy ending.

These creatures with chibi tops and curvy, humanoid, footless female bottoms are certainly something they've never really tackled before. Granted I do feel that the story could be better in some places I wouldn't pass judgement of fully disliking it until it's finished. It's actually a little trick that they came up with for these characters. If you look at Spice and Onion long enough you'll notice something about them. Their dicks are representations of their horns. Spice's horns are purple at the base and really thick in the middle like his dick. Onion's horns are long and dark magenta-purple like his dick. I guess they made it to where you can tell what these creature's genitals look like simply by looking at their horns. An interesting concept but it makes for some weird looking dicks tbh. I also wonder how that applies to the females... But this means that Waffle's dick is the size of a mosquito bite apparently. Just look at these creatures as having two copies of their dicks on their foreheads.

Don't get me wrong, I have no idea what their MO is when it comes to creating these pages and I have no clue what their personal lives are like but come on. Given how long they've been doing this and the fact that they have TWICE as many hands working on this they should be putting out stuff, at the very least, bi-weekly. Some solo creators, like Meesh for example, are very consistent and quick with their product. But I can't complain too much. I don't support them monetarily so I can't really tell them how to run their stuff. Hell, for all I know they could be living in a bad situation and have another job that takes a good bit of their time so it's a bit unfair to them to whine. Anyway, tirade over.

Sorry to bother but I'm a bit of a perfectionist when it comes to artwork. It's a small detail but if you look at the panel with the wort pulling Spice's face you'll notice that he's missing those blue patches of fur around his widow's peak. I just couldn't help pointing it out :P

The whole page seems a bit rushed actually since there's some noticeable shading that seems to be missing on Onion in the same panel. Last panel is fine though.

It fluctuates. Sometimes they lose patrons but they usually get them right back. They're not really shrinking that much but they're not growing that much either.

As for complaints, the only actual complaints that I've seen are on his tumblr which has been untouched since late of last year. Seriously, page 22 of this current comic is the most recent update on his tumblr page.

These guys are some freakin' phantoms for real.
They do still chat with their patreons from time to time though.

I checked out the graphteon statistics.
Since September 2015, they have only gained a little less than 40 patraons... That's an increase of around 10% in almost 3 years.

Fluff-Kevlar for example had pretty much the same amount of Patrons at that time. But now he has ~1100, an increase of like 320%.

Probably not. Their main concern are their side projects apparently so they let this fall to the wayside. They probably lost interest since this comic has been lackluster so far. I guess the story they made for it sounded better in their heads. Waffle's been stuck in a damn tree getting spit-roasted by a random monster and questionable friends for majority of the comic. Kind of iffy so far and it might be almost over which makes it worse.

Just be aware there are two, count em, TWO ARTISTS, professional ones at that, working on this thing and take 96 years to release 2 pages. It's no wonder why even though they produce quality work they're stuck in the low three digits on patreon. They take too damn long!!!

But that's all. They'll probably release something tomorrow or the day after. Maybe the beginning of July. You know how they work (sigh).

Powfooo was so much better before he started collaborating with Chinpo. Cross-Busted was nice but that's pretty much it. In the last 2 comics, the sex scenes are honestly just repulsive. The whole "total degradation and physical destruction of the bottom" thing has gone so far over-the-top that it's not even remotely sexy anymore

Powfooo as a solo artist was one of the very best in the furry fandom. The Tay & Dexter comics are pretty much the gold standard for gfur. And it seems like his art style has only gotten better, the recent comics are immaculately drawn, but the sexual content is just gross and not erotic. At least for my taste

I'm >>1459831 and I agree. As much as I have to say about this comic, there are aspects of it that I like. The environments and colors are real eye candy and the characters certainly are unique in a good way (though I'm not sure how I feel about the lack of visible feet). In fact I like the cutesy and colorful aspect of this comic so much that it inspired me to create my own comic.

I don't hate this comic but there was so much missed opportunity and it could've been SOOOOOO much better. I also wouldn't object to seeing these guys again in something else though I do prefer it to be pornographic. I wanna see these things nude and actually fuck.

Eh, really not a fan of big, hairy (well, they're technically all literally covered in fur, but you get what I mean) and muscular guys.

My absolute all time favorite work of powfooo is "Fighting dirty".
It has everything I'd want in a gay furry comic, though it isn't colered, unfortunately. The best thing about it is the happy ending, though! The characters actually have feelings for each other, instead this shitshow that is DokiDoku Moffles... They fucking skullraped him, while some no-name monster buttraped him for fucks sake.

So normally I encourage discussions and criticisms about a comic, whether it be talking about why the comic's shit, or why the artist is a sleazy cunt, or even why its fanbase is a group of potato mincers.

As long as it produced discussion on a somewhat sane level about anthropomorphic animal porn with a story just written well enough to entertain our tiny little brains before another fuccboi gets a dick in his ass. Threads like those are delightful to have on the front page and in the few months I've been cleaning up this board I've actually seen a lot of threads with actual civil and sane discussion without the need for much intervention.

You know this story may have been a lot hotter (IMO) if Onion n Spice were perverted bullies with Waffle early maybe during a wilderness camp scene, and then the Wart crashed the camp and Waffle flubbed up escaping so he ended up on its dick last.

Only to be the first moffle to defeat a Wart single assedly as it passed out from so much mating that fat ass.

Voila, a simpler but better story. You could even stick the fruit into the camp scene as a plot device to give them an excuse to suddenly be perverts. Maybe Waffle or Spice found it and added it to a stew without the other(s) knowing? Maybe the Wart post camp crashing could have drunk the stew (maybe it was attracted by the smell and actually came for that) and went on a mating spree with Waffle after?

The art style was different, and thus upsetting to folks looking for the usual. Not using worse, some folks like this style, but its jarring when your used to the sexy thief or the tsundere model boy. But the story could have been done many other ways and came out a lot better.

Again, wholly just my 1 minute opinion on a random gay furry comic board thrown out there just cuz. Don't mind me.
