Brief summary of the whole thing:
Protag wonders what kind of dog Moritaka is (hence the title, "Is Moritaka Inuzuka a Dog?") but Moritaka says there's a difference between dog beastmen and actual dogs. Protag then has Mori perform dog tricks which eventually lead to Protag saying that Mori is a dog and the latter doesn't deny it anymore, which leads to Mori wanting to know more about his latent dog instincts which leads to the next set of panels of him in a leash. And cue Cusith walking in much to Mori's embarrassment.
Also Jiroh sells a digital copy of the doujin (complete with the comics from guest artists and funny omake) for less than ten dollars in his BOOTH page so don't hesitate to buy!
